Nature unhinged

India is home to a wide variety of animals and birds. Unfortunately many of us are so busy with our life routines that we do not really get to experience them. Here are a few absolutely gorgeous photographs by Vivek Dhage that will take us closer to the rich fauna that exists in India. Vivek believes that every picture should be conceptually strong and speak for itself and these pictures sure do…. you can actually hear the birds chirping.

Green Bee Eater

Tawny Coster

Sambar Deer

River Tern

Plain Tiger

Pied Kingfisher

Indian Roller

Indian Elephants

Vivek Dhage is a photographer and digital artist; his photographs have recently been featured in a coffee table book titled “Wild Vistas – Journeys with Jungle Lodges and Resorts”. It features, amongst well-written articles, photographs from some of the best wildlife photographers of Karnataka.

    Hello Nisha Ji,

Just loved this post of yours. Beautiful pictures. I love birds, butterflies, and flowers! Not so sure about the behinds of those pachyderms though – but then to everyone his own. I compliment the photographer on his work, he is talented.
